The situation
Two live digital platforms were driving change across the alliance. Then the internal team shrank from 5 to 2, roughly half the change portfolio went on hold, and the year-end benefits position was at risk.
What we did together
We embedded one regulated-utility benefits specialist beside the project lead. A short shadowing period, then a weekly cadence covering planning, benefits quantification, integration thinking and board reporting – designed from day 1 to be handed over.
“One person, in the right seat, moved the number.”
Project Lead

Weekly benefits review.
What’s different now
A benefits framework, integration roadmap, alliance narrative and board-ready reporting templates – all owned by the client. Momentum protected on the critical workstreams and a confident year-end report.
