The situation
Separation from a parent group sounds simple until you count the touchpoints. Desktop, end-user computing, back office, subcontractors – all had to be found and a standalone model designed in time for a January board.
What we did together
Workshops and interviews mapped the current operating models and every dependency. We produced target operating and process models, RAG risk analysis, market positioning, provider options, and investment and timeline projections.
“Delivered to the executive on time and on the fixed price.”

What’s different now
The final report landed on time and on price. An earlier ERP architectural review had already led to a new ERP suite and lower IT run costs – the separation work built on that trust.
