single reporting model for the executive
The situation
Knowledge transfer risk, IT and data risk, cross-lot coordination risk – and a fixed end date. The client needed someone to see the whole picture without taking it over.
What we did together
Phase 1 established governance, a phase-gate framework, RAID and a single reporting model. Phase 2 shifted to independent assurance of supplier delivery quality, procurement operating model and transition readiness. When a master-data risk surfaced, 2 specialists joined from the network within days.
“I’m not trying to mark their homework. I’m trying to provide assurance.”
Stuart, Procurement Operating Model & Service Assurance Lead

Phase-gate review.
What’s different now
Programme rhythm and executive visibility are established, knowledge transfer is strengthened and risks are surfacing early. The role has evolved from PMO to assurance partner. Outcomes will be published at stabilisation.
