The situation
The ambition was to become a digitally excellent organisation. New housing and finance platforms were coming, and nobody permanent was in the chair to lead the programme.

An independent assurance partner at the steering group; a business design executive service to shape vision, strategy and design principles; support for recruiting and onboarding permanent programme leadership.

What’s different now
The programme was materially de-risked and aligned to corporate strategy. Permanent leadership took over, and we stepped back.
