How the network works.
Associates join the team, not the subcontractor list.
You get the person who has done it, not the person who is available.
Every engagement is led by our core team. When a problem needs a specific kind of experience – a claims transformation, a grid-control operating model, an EPR rollout – we bring in an associate who has led that before. They join as part of the pod, under the same standards and the same measures, with one named leader accountable for the outcome.
Associates are invited, not recruited. Most have worked alongside us as clients or colleagues. All are senior – the network averages 14 years of domain experience – and all choose their work. Nobody is waiting on a bench.
